Course Content

This course addresses the "human" and "resource" factors required to execute successful projects and operations with a holistic approach. Students learn behavioral skills such as team building, leadership, conflict management, and motivation, as well as technical skills including optimization of time, budget, and physical resources, competency mapping, performance measurement (KPIs), and agile management methodologies through case studies. Managing teams in remote and hybrid work models is also among the contemporary topics of the course.
