Learning Outcomes
1.The student will be able to explain the basic elements of the communication process (source, message, channel, receiver, feedback) and analyze how these elements interact with each other.
2.The student will be able to explain the basic elements of the communication process (source, message, channel, receiver, feedback) and analyze how these elements interact with each other.
3.The student develops effective listening skills focused on understanding the other person, and provides feedback.
4.The student understands the differences between corporate, personal, written, and digital communication types and can choose the appropriate communication method.
