Objectives of the Course

To examine all the events and changes that occur in the atmosphere surrounding our world and to teach the conditions under which these events occur and their effects on agricultural production, and also to provide information on the meteorological events that adversely affect agricultural activity and the measures that can be taken against these events.

Course Content

Introducing students to elements of climate and weather events in the scope of this course is to provide benefits to learning about meteorological events also aimed to give detailed information about the climate in Turkey and the world. The structure of the atmosphere, heat and temperature, water vapor in the atmosphere, humidity, condensation, fog, cloud and precipitation, pressure and wind, meteorological observations and evaluations, air masses and facades, climates are aimed to be informed about.
