Objectives of the Course

The aim of this lesson is to give information to students about organic field crops ve latest advances in the production. Students gain ability to decide which plant will be used in which condition. They also learn production methods of the plants

Definition of organic field crop production, classification, production problems of this plants, production techniques of first and second crops. Crop production areas in Turkey
