Objectives of the Course

To enable the students to understand the human behaviors in the organization and to help them to develop skills to turn into efficient and successful employees.

Course Content

What is agriculture organization, organization history, the importance of organization, forms of organization in agriculture, the general history of the cooperative, the cooperative definition, associations and unions.
