Objectives of the Course

To give scientific, practical and up to date information about sustainable farming.

Course Content

The situation of animal production in Turkey and in the world , sustainable animal production, animal health and hygiene, animal welfare (welfare), the protection of genetic resources, the effects of environmental stress factors and yields, baits and safe food production, housing systems and their effects on animals, intensive production and subsequent attendant problems, animal production and environmental health, food safety
