To inform students about the ways of operation and the structure of the inspection and certification establishments of organic agriculture organizations.
The importance of the control and certification of organic agriculture, control mechanisms, organizations that provide certification, characteristics of these organizations, how to control in organic agriculture, what are the ways to be followed to get the certification, the certification problems in receiving.
