Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to grow medicinal and aromatic plants and to instruct practical operations.

Harvest of medicinal and aromatic plants, Pretreatment of medicinal and aromatic plants, chemical process, drying, process, storage procedures, utilization forms of medicinal and aromatic plants, evaluation methods of medicinal and aromatic plants

Learning Outcomes
1.Understanding how and when to harvest medicine and aromatic plants
2.To be able to comprehend the pre-processes that should be done in the evaluation of medicine and aromatic plants
3.To be able to comprehend the importance of drying techniques in preserving the contents of medicinal and aromatic plants
4.To understand which techniques can be used in medical plants
5.To be able to acquire knowlede about the physical and chemical processes of medicinal and aromatic plants after harvest
