1.To be able to have general knowledge about the main spice and pleasure plants's Latin names, active substances
2.All and milled spices, packaging, storage and quality control.
3.To be able to understand the importance of economy of spices and stimulant plants
4.To be able to understand the importance of trade of spices and stimulant plants
5.To be able to have knowledge about the medicinal and aromatic plants sold in shops
