Objectives of the Course

The importance of labor and labor with the working life and the labor market; Micro and macro-economic aspects of activities , analysis of the liquidity and efficiency ; At the global and national levels it is at the center of socio- economic imbalances , to bring a solution to the crisis of employment and unemployment ; A systematic review of trade unions and collective bargaining process.

Course Content

Pricing systems , the use of incentive aspect of wages, various fees shapes that can be applied in economic life , the business of running and land are not common and results, productivity, income distribution effects of productivity growth , wages and total employment contribution to productivity, the importance of the collective bargaining system and principles, in the collective agreement processes, the impact on the structure and level of collective wage agreement , the application of variable remuneration in collective agreements ( sliding scales ) system.
