Objectives of the Course

To make students in the well-equipped of the local governments basic legislation and local authorities in relation to the legislation the forms of organization.

Course Content

Definition and causes of rise of local governments. The basic principles of local governments. Types and the introduction of local governments. Examination of the legal regulations regarding the size of local governments
