Objectives of the Course

It is aimed that the persons in the working environment acquire the necessary information about themselves, their colleagues and their organizations, such as perception, communication, learning, motivation and job satisfaction.

Course Content

In this course touch on perception, attribution, learning, personality, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups and leadership to recognize oneself better.
