Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to make students comprehend legal rights and duties associated with labour and social security law.

The establishment of the employment relationship, the end and the results, in terms of people and time, the employment relationship, labor unions, public job mismatch and the collective labour agreement, social security regulations
