The main objective of this course is to enable students to comprehend the fundamental concepts, principles, and application areas of public relations within the context of the logistics sector. Throughout the course, students will be able to analyze the impact of public relations on corporate identity, reputation, public opinion formation, and target audience communication; and will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate public relations practices related to communication strategies, social responsibility, and brand image.
This course covers the basic concepts and principles of public relations and its role in corporate communication processes within the context of the logistics sector. It addresses the relationship of public relations with propaganda, advertising, and marketing; explores topics such as organizational culture, communication strategies, corporate identity, and reputation management. The course also includes evaluation of sector-specific public relations practices through target audience analysis, public opinion formation, and case studies of brand campaigns.
