Objectives of the Course

First, the local government units, mainly located within the public administration teşkilatımız identify chronic problems, provide information on administrative approaches aimed at solving these problems.

Course Content

Local governments between service sharing, distribution criteria, local governments offer their services and authority conflicts, central government and local authorities between the terms of sharing and taxation of the income source of income distribution patterns, guardianship control, centralization, appropriateness and legality criteria, development and population indices, bureaucracy , politicization and corruption, New Public Management Approach, Governance Approach, the Ombudsman System, Strategic Management, Information Management and Information Society.

1.To analyze the factors leading to change in the role of the state of service provision.
2.To get information about the contemporary managerial approaches
3.Managerial problems are in possession of information about the solution to propose.
4.To be able to offer solutions by analyzing the problems of local governments arising from legal regulations
5.To be able to identify the problems by analyzing the functioning of the local participation mechanisms of local governments and to produce rational solutions to these problems.

Week 1 - Theoretical
Division of services between local governments, distribution criteria, the authority of local governments, and conflicts of the services they offer.
Week 2 - Theoretical
Between the central administration and local government revenue sources, revenue sharing and distributional patterns in terms of taxation.
Week 3 - Theoretical
VGuardianship control, centralization, propriety and legality of the eligibility criteria, and population indices of development, bureaucracy, and corruption politisation.
