The objective of this course is to teach students the fundamental concepts, methods, and tools related to quality and total quality management, to enable them to understand quality systems and standards, and to support them in comprehending continuous improvement approaches and applying this knowledge within organizations.

This course covers quality management concepts, fundamental principles of total quality management, quality culture and costs, impacts of leadership and teamwork on quality, continuous improvement tools and methods, quality assurance, quality standards, and benchmarking practices.
