Objectives of the Course

In this course the student, commercial, business, commercial enterprise, merchant, examine the terms and concepts of the commercial judiciary, ordinary companies and trading companies, organization, management and representation, mergers, spin-offs, and type substitutions, share certificates, promissory notes, and on the expiration coupling states will perform the transactions..

Course Content

1.Explain the scope, sources, and basic concepts of commercial law.
2.Understand the definition of a commercial enterprise, its legal elements, and fundamental provisions related to commercial transactions.
3.Evaluate the legal status of traders, the roles of trader assistants, and their responsibilities in commercial activities.
4.Understand the structure and functioning of the trade registry and the legal consequences of trade registry entries.
5.Identify the concepts of trade name, business name, and trademark; explain the legal principles regarding their registration and protection.
6.Analyze the concepts of competition law and unfair competition, their types, and impacts on commercial life.
7.Explain the types of commercial books, their mandatory keeping, and the legal importance of proper maintenance.
8.Evaluate the operation of current accounts, their role in commercial relations, and the legal consequences of their closure.
9.Understand the types of commercial companies, their formation processes, and the principles of management and liability.
10.Explain the legal characteristics of promissory notes and bills of exchange within negotiable instruments law, including the rights and responsibilities of parties.
