Food Quality Control and Analysis Programme is educate staff who can know food safety and hygiene of materials and articles in contact with food and food hygiene control procedures need to be done to help the technical knowledge and skills, research, and educates the scientific thinking principle intermediate elements.
After the examination of the proposal of Rectorate of Adnan Menderes University about the foundation of Köşk Vocational College in Köşk district of Aydın province in the General Meeting of Higher Education which was held on 05.05.2011 and the proposal was approved according to the 7/d-2 article of the law numbered 2547 which was revised by the law numbered 2880. To begin the act of education and training with Food Quality Control and Analysis Program under Department of Food Processing in 2013-2014 educational year is being plannned
To educate individuals who are respectful to the universal values, contributes to society, can easily adapt to changes and developments ,acquired the basic knowledge and skills in their profession , primarily aim human health, is participatory, collaborative, and have the highest level of responsibility
To become a preferred, respected and a leading vocational college which is well-known at national and international level with its student-oriented and practice based education
To educate interposers qualified in vocational and technical field in that he/she can identify the problems and the opportunities related to quality control in the enterprises they are employed in, who knows his/her duties and responsibilities to his/her country in line with Atatürk's principles and revolutions, can think independently and scientificly, can present technology for the benefit of society, can contribute the preservation and the developmet of public health, can respond the market needs of the enterprises and the sector, will carry out production and service processes productively.
Physical Infrastructure
Our vocational school has 4280.60 m2 indoor area and 9000 m2 outdoor area. Furthermore, there are 1 basketball court, 1 volleyball court and carpet football field.
Technical Infrastructure
There are 12 classrooms, 1 practice labrotory, 1 PC labrotory, 6 amphi halls, 1 meeting room, 1 seminar room, 1 multi-purpose hall, 1 library, 1 lobby and 6 lecturer rooms. There are 9 staffs in total: 6 academic, 3 administrative
