The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the concept of e-government, the fundamental principles of digital public administration, and e-government applications. The course covers digital transformation, e-government services, e-municipality applications, open data, information security, personal data protection, digital citizenship, electronic document and signature systems, and AI-supported public services. It also aims to enable students to effectively use information and communication technologies in public service delivery, evaluate digital public services, and analyze digital transformation processes in local governments.
This course covers the concept and development of e-government, digital transformation, and the use of information technologies in public administration. It examines the e-Government Gateway, digital public services, e-municipality applications, electronic document management, electronic and mobile signatures, open data and open government initiatives, personal data protection, cybersecurity, information security, digital citizenship, smart city applications, the use of artificial intelligence and big data in public administration, international e-government practices, and digital governance approaches.
