Objectives of the Course

Students to conduct laboratory studies, and laboratory tools and equipment used to inform about the work of.

Course Content

To learn the rules of the laboratory study, the pre-and post-processing analysis, solution preparation and analysis methods .

Learning Outcomes
1.Learning the rules of working in the food laboratory.
2.To be able to have knowledge about laboratory accidents and first aid methods.
3.Ability to learn the equipment, materials, chemicals and solutions used in the Food Laboratory, prepare solutions, draw graphs and make calculations.
4.In the Food Laboratory, pycnometer, refractometer, scale, pH meter, viscometer, lactodensimeter, bomemeter, etc. Learning how to use equipment and how to analyze and calculate using them.
5.Ability to analyze food such as moisture, dry matter and acidity.
