Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental concepts of time and time management, develop effective time management skills, enable them to identify and overcome time traps, evaluate personal and organizational time management practices, and improve planning, prioritization, delegation, and communication skills for effective use of time.

Course Content

This course covers the concept of time and time management, the historical development of time management, time traps and time wasters, delegation and assertiveness, paradigms and habits, time management techniques, classical approaches to time management, workplace and organizational time traps, the time management matrix, time management in organizations, communication and personal development, and case study analyses related to time management.
