Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental concepts of business administration, business objectives, the internal and external business environment, and business classifications. The course aims to develop students' knowledge of business establishment, feasibility analysis, capacity planning, location selection, business functions, the evolution of business management, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility.

This course covers the fundamental concepts of business administration, business objectives, the internal and external business environment, business classifications, feasibility studies, business size and capacity, facility location selection, management, production and research & development, marketing, finance, human resource management, the evolution of business management, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
