Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to teach students the rules of official correspondence, hierarchical structures, and legislation-compliant text language in public and private sector organizations. Additionally, it aims to provide the skills to prepare official letters and reports in accordance with corporate standards and proper techniques.

Course Content

This course covers the principles of professional correspondence, types of official and business letters, private letters, form and report writing techniques, and corporate document management. Additionally, it practically addresses written communication processes in both printed and electronic formats in accordance with public and private sector standards.
