Objectives of the Course

With this course, it’s aimed to gain knowledge about basic principles of law, legal institutions and legal terms, to determine legal problems at the right time and to think legally.

Course Content

Rules that regulate social life, classification of legal rules, distinction between private law-public law, types of sanctions, source of law, legislation, execution, judgement, rights, personality, debt and sources of debt, contracts.
