Aim of this course is to give information to students about settlement and operations transactions and their legislations.

| 1. | Explains the core operational mechanisms of custody, ownership, and registration processes of securities |
| 2. | Analyzes the transfer, clearing, settlement, and default processes of shares and debt instruments traded on Borsa Istanbul in compliance with regulations |
| 3. | Evaluates the national and international legal infrastructure regulating clearing and custody operations in capital markets from a risk management perspective |
| 4. | Compares clearing, cash/physical settlement, and delivery methods in derivative markets based on their operational mechanisms |
| 5. | Interprets operational risks and disputes that may arise during clearing and settlement processes according to financial market dynamics. |
