Objectives of the Course

With this course, it’s aimed to teach students legal rights and liabilities related to labour and social security.

Course Content

Establishment, ending and consequences of business relationship, examining business relationship on the basis of wage, person and time, unions, labour dispute-disagreement and collective labour agreement, social security regulations
