With this course it is aimed to give basic principles of distribution of investment funds between alternative choices and selection of one of the alternatives.

Although it seems that investment and project analysis deals with the distribution of investment funds between alternatives on concrete and technical basis, it is mainly based on normative approaches. However investment and project analysis is much closer to real life about efficient resource utilization. In this course, distribution of resources is analysed based on real life examples.
