Objectives of the Course

To understand the basics of debtor-creditor relationship in private law.

Main content of this course is debtor-creditor relationship in private law under legal provisions of law of obligations.

2.Distinguish the types and sides of debt
3.Explains the birth of the debt, the concept of contract, the termination of debt, the debtor and the rights and obligations of the creditor
4.Explains the concepts of unfair action and unjust enrichment with examples, analyzes the results of debts payment and non-payment and produces solutions
5.Analyze how to use the knowledge of obligations law in social life by using concrete examples
