This course aims to enable students to understand global logistics systems, international supply chain management, and the integration of logistics operations; and to develop efficient, sustainable, and competitive logistics strategies in global markets. It contributes to graduates specializing in international logistics operations.
The course covers global logistics concepts, international transportation modes, multimodal transportation, global supply chain design, customs and trade procedures, logistics network optimization, risk management, sustainable global logistics, digital technologies, and global logistics trends. It is supported by theory and international case analyses.
