Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is for students to analyze foreign exchange market transactions, the relationships between balance of payments accounts, imbalances, and equalization mechanisms through international trade theory and policies, and to evaluate their economic consequences in international monetary and capital markets.

International trade theories, foreign trade policy and instruments, foreign exchange markets, balance of payments, and international finance.
