Objectives of the Course

End of the course the student the basic principles of law and legal institutions, and know the terms, the time to identify the legal issues, the ability to acquire and develop a true and fair resolution.

Basic concepts of law, legal systems, civil law, commercial law, property law, bankruptcy and foreclosure

1.It explains the fundamental concepts of law, its sources, and the structure of the legal system.
2.It explains the application of legal rules, types of sanctions, and the concept of legal responsibility.
3.It distinguishes between the concepts of legal event, legal act, and legal transaction.
4.GIt interprets the concepts of rights, personality, and legal capacity.
5.It explains basic legal concepts related to debt relationships, contracts, and property rights.
6.117 It evaluates legal issues encountered in daily life and professional activities within the framework of basic legal knowledge.
