Objectives of the Course

This course will enable students to learn the concept of commercial law, the definition of a merchant, trade names, and partnerships.

Course Content

Commercial business, commercial provisions and commercial law, commercial court rulings, merchants and merchant assistants, trade name, business name, company law, negotiable instruments.

1.It can explain concepts and basic information related to commercial business law.
2.It defines the concepts of commercial enterprise, commercial transaction, commercial provision, commercial judgment, and merchant.
3.It explains how to acquire and lose the status of a merchant, and the obligations associated with that status.
4.This refers to the commercial books and documents that must be kept according to the Turkish Commercial Code.
5.It will be possible to explain basic information regarding commercial partnerships and general partnerships.
