Objectives of the Course

The objective of emergency health services course is to inform the student about the regulations, directives, structure and operation of the emergency service.

1.Explains the structure, functioning, and national regulations of general health and emergency medical services.
2.Distinguishes types of ambulances and emergency medical vehicles, including their equipment features and areas of use.
3.Effectively uses communication systems, documentation forms, and recording processes employed in emergency medical services.
4.Evaluates the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of paramedics and organizes tasks accordingly.
5.Applies fundamental safety principles to ensure personal safety, team safety, and patient/victim safety during emergencies
