Objectives of the Course

In emergency health services course II, it is aimed to teach the skills of obeying precaution principles in disasters and applying emergency care, evaluating triage, CBRNE risks and preventing and extinguising a fire

To obey basic precaution principles in disasters and apply emergency care, triage, To apply emergency health in chemical,biological, nuclear, radioactive accidents or attacks , To evaluate the risk of CBRN, To prevent and extinguish a fire, To apply life-saving techniques at sea

Learning Outcomes
1.It explains the types of disasters, the disaster management system in Turkey, and the basic principles of protection in disasters, and evaluates the organization of emergency health services.
2.It plans triage practices in disaster and emergency situations in accordance with scientific principles and explains emergency health care processes.
3.It analyzes the risks of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear incidents and describes the emergency medical services to be applied in such situations
4.In terrorist incidents, fires, and other disaster situations, they assume responsibility as a team member and ensure scene safety and employee safety
5.It evaluates worker safety equipment and protective practices used in emergency medical services according to appropriate usage principles
6.It explains personal life-saving techniques at sea and professional duties and responsibilities in disaster situations within an ethical and legal framework
