Objectives of the Course

In this course, students are informed about the general provisions of the Law of Obligations.

Course Content

Contract, tort and unjust enrichment from the sources of debt; Performance of Debts; Default of the Borrower; Reasons for Termination of Debts; Special Situations in Debt Relationship; Giving information about the Assignment of the Receivable and the Transfer of the Debt.
