Objectives of the Course

Commercial law, commercial activity is a branch of law subject areas. As long as issues related to commercial activities, while between production and consumption, on the other hand is also subject itself to the production and consumption. The aim of this course is to educate students in the field of commercial law, in this way to increase their knowledge and skills.

Course Content

Business Law course, especially under the title of Commercial Business Law, Company Law and Securities Law are discussed.
