The purpose of the psychological and sociological aspects of human behavior in the small groups, issues such as interpersonal interactions and to evaluate the effects of these features work life
Behavior science and management, society and social structure, culture, socialization, sociology, individual and development, motivation and feelings. Hearing and perception, learning by reactional and acquired conditioning, personality and defence mechanisms and attitudes.
