This course provides general information about business administration and management.
Have knowledge about the behavior of business and social lives, as well as to provide them to know the concepts of organizational culture.
| 1. | Learns the formation of human behaviour, behavioral platform and the reason and results of the factors that affects the formation of behavior. |
| 2. | Understands the concept of organization and the importance of human factor within the organization. |
| 3. | Learns the description of the manager, its importance, properties and his managing technics of employees. |
| 4. | Learns to direct the employees by the factors of payment, motivation, attitude, perception and personality in accordance with the company's mission and vision. |
| 5. | Combines the subjects of organizational behavior in the company with the examples in practice. |
