Objectives of the Course

The student to learn the basic concepts of business and ensure that the law of negotiable instruments

Course Content

Trade provisions, commercial, business, tic-free case, pushers, unfair competition, securities, negotiable instruments transfer, cancellation, registered securities, pregnant, writing notes, bills, policies, and form of payment upon the policy cycle, particular kinds of turnover, acceptance, and bills of exchange, payment, acceptance and application rights withheld from payments, bills, checks, checks, payment upon and shape of the elements, transfer, payment, apply to the holder's rights.
