Objectives of the Course

Commercial Law is a branch of law that deals with commercial activities. While it focuses on the process between production and consumption in relation to commercial activities, it also deals with production and consumption themselves. The aim of this course is to educate students in the field of commercial law and to increase their knowledge and skills in this area.

Course Content

The Commercial Law course specifically covers Commercial Enterprise Law, Company Law, and Negotiable Instruments Law.

1.Understanding, explaining, and applying fundamental concepts of commercial law.
2.Understanding the requirements for establishing a commercial enterprise, analyzing and designing it at the firm level. Understanding the concept of a commercial business, understanding and applying commercial legal procedures. Understanding and reinforcing the concept of a merchant, understanding the legal aspects of being a merchant. Understanding the function and importance of the trade registry and trade name. Understanding legal regulations regarding trademarks and unfair competition and reinforcing their application through examples.
3.Understanding the methods and legal aspects of keeping commercial books, and the characteristics of current account agreements. Perceiving the duties and responsibilities of commercial representatives, commercial agents, and itinerant merchants, and the practical applications encountered. Understanding the place and importance of agents, trade brokers, and commission agents in commercial life, through practical examples.
4.Ability to relate the knowledge gained about commercial law to practical applications in business life.
5.Understanding the role and importance of agents, brokers, and commission agents in business life through practical examples.
