Objectives of the Course

Team work in health care should be like what, what is the crisis in crisis management and how it must inform.

Course Content

The concept and definition of team, team building Reasons for team structure and processes of crisis, the definition and properties of basic concepts related to unusual situations, abnormal situation management, decision making and problem solving process in health care organizations, health care institutions, teamwork, and conflict management.
