Objectives of the Course

By giving information about the Theory of Human Rights-Law and Protection of Human Rights, Basic texts, it is aimed to make our students aware of basic human rights, to internalize the rights they have, to have critical thinking for the further development and protection of human rights, and to act in the light of human rights and principles in their lives. .

Course Content

To have knowledge about norms and case law regulating International Human Rights Law. To be able to apply Human Rights norms in domestic law.
