With this course, it is aimed to provide students with the competencies to be able to define the principles of real estate management, concepts such as cooperative timeshare, and apply environmental regulation and protection.
Within the scope of the course, subjects such as the development of marketing in the real estate sector, marketing environment, consumer behavior, target audience determination, product development, pricing, distribution and communication strategies, ethics in marketing are examined.
