The aim of this course is to improve both physical and mental health, gain flexibility and strength, reduce stress and anxiety, increase concentration, find inner balance and generally improve the quality of life. Yoga combines various teachings such as breathing techniques (pranayama), physical poses (asana), meditation and mindfulness practice to achieve harmony between body, mind and soul.
A course that targets the integrity of the person, where topics such as the concept of yoga, yoga philosophy, body, mind concept, meditation concept, yoga practice will be discussed.
