Objectives of the Course

The purpose of the mindfulness course is to enable individuals to experience the current moment without judgment and with full awareness. The objectives of this course include: 1. *Reducing Stress*: Conscious awareness improves individuals' skills in coping with stress. 2. *Emotional Regulation*: It helps people recognize, accept and manage their emotions in a healthier way. 3. *Mental Clarity and Focus*: By increasing concentration and mental clarity, it enables individuals to work more efficiently. 4. *Inner Peace and Balance*: It helps them find inner peace and balance, making them feel more balanced and peaceful in daily life. 5. *Empathy and Compassion Development*: Supports the development of empathy and compassion towards oneself and others. 6. *Physical Health*: Mindfulness can have positive effects on physical health, for example improving sleep quality and relieving chronic pain.
