Objectives of the Course

This course aims to equip students with a deep understanding of legal concepts and the areas of public and private law. This will enable students to understand which legal texts they can most securely access when needed in the future and to seek legal solutions to problems.

Course Content

This course provides a general introduction to legal concepts, with a focus on Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Inheritance Law, Property Law, Law of Obligations, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law

Civil Law, the concept of person, natural and legal persons.

Family law, engagement, marriage, divorce and their consequences.

Inheritance law, concepts and the distribution of inheritance.

Inheritance law, concepts and the distribution of inheritance.

Property Law: Concepts, property rights, movable and immovable property, limited rights attached to property.
