Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to give information about the labor law processes encountered in business life.

Course Content

It covers processes such as the emergence and development of labor law, the parties to the employment contract, the arrangement of the employment contract, the rights arising from the employment contract, and the termination of the employment relationship.
