The aim of this course is to present the current state of sports culture and perspectives both globally and domestically; to outline the actions required to foster social mobility; to promote the spread of a "Sport for All" culture; and to explain the underlying concepts and organizational structures of "Sport for All" in Turkey and around the world. Conceptually, it covers the definition, objectives, benefits, and target groups of "Sport for All" (HİS). In terms of objectives, the course encompasses sections on sports for health, rehabilitation, and recreation; sports tailored for children, youth, women, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities; outdoor sports; and the practical considerations involved in implementation.
