Objectives of the Course

Ability to use legal concepts in emergency and disaster management legislation and business life issues

Course Content

Social order rules and legal rules. Classification of resources and legal rules. Constitutional principles and basic rights and responsibilities. Special law and public law, branches, norms, hierarchy. Basic legal arrangements related to emergency situation and disaster management. Regulations on emergency situation and disaster management. Decrees on the emergency situation and disaster management, Decree on the Decree of the Ministry, Decree of the Council of Ministers and regulations.
