Objectives of the Course

To provide the students with the knowledge and skills that can be done until the necessary medical intervention in case of accidents and injuries they may encounter in daily life and working life.

Course Content

Accidents, first and emergency situations, first and second principles and basic principles, trauma and general body aids, removal and rescue, patient transport and triage, burns and first intervention, poisonings, drowning and water related dangers, cardio- pulmonary resuscitation, regeneration. Definition of occupational diseases, causes and prevention methods, occupational hygiene.
